Crisp and cool, yet hearty and satisfying
Into a large salad bowl, add lettuce and romaine (about 12 cups.)
Set aside 3 strips each of ham, turkey and cheese to garnish top of salad later on. Add remaining meat and cheese strips, green onion and celery to lettuce and toss.
Garnish with reserved meat and cheese strips, egg slices and tomato wedges. Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
