Traditional Deviled Eggs

12 servings


  1. 6 hard cooked eggs
  2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1/2 teaspoon pickle juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  6. Dash pepper
  7. Paprika
  8. Fresh parsley for garnish, if desired

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.

Mash yolks with mayonnaise.

Add pickle juice, mustard, salt and pepper; stir well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle paprika over each egg.

Garnish platter with fresh parsley if desired.
