Overnight Oatmeal (Slow Cooker)

Yield: 6 servings

Preparation Time: 10 min; Cook Time: 8 hours (overnight)


2 apples, sliced (peeled or unpeeled, your preference)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups milk
2 cups water


Place sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Pour in oatmeal, milk and water.

Do NOT stir.

Cook overnight for 8 to 9 hours on low.
