Salmon with Tropical Salsa

2 peaches, seeded, peeled and chopped
1 large tomato, chopped and drained
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons grated gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 (6 oz.) salmon steaks, about 3/4-inch thick
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:

1. Lightly coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium.

2. In a medium bowl stir together peaches, tomato, green onions, cilantro, vinegar and gingerroot. Set aside.

3. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Grill for 7 to 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily (145 F.), turning once. Serve with peach mixture.
