“Beef Short Ribs are the best, and they are really good when the meat falls away from the bone. So cooking before putting on grill is a great recipe.I make up my own barbecue sauce. Almost anything you use for pork ribs, will work fine. I use vinegar, wine, or lemon based sauce to help tenderize the meat. Add your own herbs, Thyme, Garlic, or Rosemary are always good. Make it your own and have fun.”
