Curried Shrimp

Yield: Serves 4


1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
2 Tablespoons curry powder
3/4 cup dry white wine
2 cups cooked white rice


Heat olive oil in large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion and saute until soft. Add shrimp and curry powder and cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp turn pink. Do not overcook. Add white wine and heat through.

Serve over rice.
