1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups cut-up vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower flowerets, sliced celery, sliced car
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

In saucepan over medium-high heat, heat broth, garlic powder and vegetables to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain. Sprinkle with cheese.
