Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 package (16 ounces) ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
2 cups (8 ounces) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 package (8 ounces) lasagna, cooked according to package directions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In skillet, brown meat; drain off fat. Stir in oregano leaves and spaghetti sauce; simmer 5 minutes.

Combine ricotta cheese, egg and parsley.

In a 13 x 9- inch baking dish, lightly cover bottom of dish with sauce. Create layers of pasta, sauce, ricotta mixture and mozzarella. Repeat layers ending with sauce.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
