New England Harvest Baked Beans

Yield: Makes 8 servings.


2 cans (28-oz.) B & M Brick Oven Baked Beans
1/2 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 cups baking apples ( peeled, cored and cubed)
1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon


Preheat oven to 350 F. In a 3-quart baking dish, mix together B and M Brick Oven Baked Beans, ketchup, vinegar, maple syrup, brown sugar, dry mustard amd baking apples. Arrange bacon slices over top of casserole. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
